    About

For more than 15 years, I've worked at the intersection of people, behavior and technology. My background combines psychology, human-centered design, human factors and an international life lived across cultures.

I've spent much of my career trying to understand how people think, behave, communicate and adapt. Today, I bring those perspectives into one-to-one conversations with people navigating relationships, difficult decisions, emotional patterns and periods of change.

My approach is grounded in psychology, shaped by real-world experience, and guided by curiosity rather than ready-made answers.

My role is not to have the answers for you, but to help you find greater clarity around what is happening, what matters, and where you want to go.

    Where this comes from

    Psychology & design

Training in general psychology and digital experience design — focused on how people think, feel, and make sense of the world, not just how systems are built.

    Research

Curiosity doesn't stop at professional practice

Alongside my professional work, I actively contribute to research exploring how people think, communicate and adapt, particularly in complex and extreme environments.

For me, research is a natural extension of the same curiosity that has shaped my work throughout my career: understanding what happens beneath the surface of human behavior.

Understanding Psychosocial Dynamics in Long-Duration Space Missions: A Temporal and Human-Centred Analysis of Astronaut Narratives

My current research explores how psychosocial dynamics evolve during long-duration space missions through a temporal and human-centered analysis of astronaut narratives.

    SpaceCHI 2023

Leveraging Emotion Tracking for Enhanced Group Dynamics

I presented this research at SpaceCHI 3.0 at the MIT Media Lab, exploring how emotion tracking could provide new insights into communication, team dynamics and human behavior in space missions.

What can studying human behavior in extreme environments teach us about how we think, relate, communicate and adapt in everyday life?

    Approach

    How I work

    Curiosity rather than judgment

We start by understanding what is actually happening, without rushing to label or fix it.

    Patterns before prescriptions

Rather than jumping straight to advice, we look at the thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationship dynamics that keep showing up.

    Clarity before action

The goal isn't for me to tell you what to do. It's to help you understand yourself well enough to make decisions that feel genuinely your own.

Sometimes what we need most is not advice, but a clearer way of seeing what we're going through.

    What we can explore

    Relationships

Understanding communication, boundaries and recurring patterns. We can explore what happens between you and the people who matter to you, and how you might want those relationships to evolve.
